Welcome. I am Catherine, and this is my battle against major companies
that take advantage of or knowingly cause harm to innocent
individuals. I am tired of sitting back and taking it simply because a
company is too powerful to fight. The old saying of "Can't Fight City
Hall" prevails and intimidates too many people and it is time to put a
STOP to being taken advantage of. Our voices must be heard once and for all!

My first battle is against Eli-Lilly, a major drug company and maker of the dangerous drug "CYMBALTA". This drug has ruined my life in many, many ways for over a year and a half. Their deception and distribution of a harmful drug with excessive side effects and horrific withdrawal effects ruins the health and lives of innocent people looking for help and relief of depression and diabetic neurapathy. It is dangerous and deadly.

COX COMMUNICATIONS
Another company I am fighting currently is Cox Communications. I was overcharged by over twice the monthly amount for more than a year. Repeated complaints went unheard. Requests were ignored. I finally canceled service, but they own me more than $1K in overcharges. I can either just sit back and ignore it, or I can choose to fight back. I have sat back long enough with companies walking all over me. I am not a doormat. I am a person and I have a voice. I am fighting back.

MY EMPLOYER
My second battle is against my former employer, a major financial institution that I have worked for in a Management / Administration role for over 8 years. At this time, they will remain nameless due to a pending grievance / complaint I have filed with them to obtain my career back. I was let go due to not enough evidence of medical leave necessity while undergoing medical treatment and testing from one of the top Neurological Institutes in the country. I can understand companies battle faulty claims daily, but in this case they have damaged their own reputation and need to prepare for the backlash.
First let me say I love my job, and I have always been very proud to represent this company.
In the past 9 months I have been through hell and back with this company, battling denial after denial, loss of pay, HR reps that wont return phone calls, personnel that distribute inaccurate information, and simply don't care...battling loss of medical benefits due to their misinformation, termination of employment twice via phone mail from an HR Business Partner that wouldn't and still wont return phone calls.
How can a huge, international financial institution get away with treating an employee in such a manner?? They don't care. I am one in hundreds of thousands of employees, and I have no voice.
I am speaking out now. They will hear me.
"I want my job back".
